Cigarette burns in sheets and comforter on bed. No wake up call as requested. Late to airport due to staff not being on time. Electrical outlet near bed falling out of wall. Bathroom dirty

Not much, It was one of the only hotel available, over price and rude staff. heard the receptionist arguing with someone on the phone while we waited to check in.

staff was rude and unfriendly, acted like they hated their job and we were an inconvenience to them. Continental breakfast was not equal to other hotels we stayed in, no fruit or yogurt, only pastries and waffles, dry cereal. Hotel was dirty in the hallways, and outside, in need of basic maintenance. Would not stay again, would have looked for another hotel but it was during the ballon festival and no other rooms available.

The location and price and that they are pet friendly

The web site says there will be coffee and tea in the room and there has not been the last three times we have stayed. We are planning on staying again in a week so please update your website so I can bring my own or please check with the staff to find out why it is not provided.

    The breakfast.

We were very surprised when we were told that the shuttle to the airport was not guaranteed because of the contract the Motel has with Greyhound. I guess Greyhound customers get first priority. We would not have stayed at the Motel if we would have known this.

The desk clerk was very friendly and super efficient. The rooms were a good size and very clean.

For breakfast, the orange juice ran out, and I told the staff filling up the area, but she did not refill the juice.

Pretty quiet, efficient and nice staff.

Breakfast is really basic. Adding a little variety in the drinks and the cereals would be easy. Also, adding an extra waffle maker would make such a difference and avoid a lengthy wait. Think of it, such a little investment for such a big improvement.

Cable tv was not working, called desk, their solution, move to another room, not going to happen. They did not seem to want to fix it there. In that respect I was disappointed in my stay.

I am not sure what I was expecting for the price but when we checked in I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff, Travis, was also very friendly and informative on directions and locations of sites in the city.

It was a nice, clean, comfortable room with friendly staff.

They did not have the reservation I made through Booked.net. The room was not very clean and had no waste baskets. Even after the maid serviced the room, a waste basket was not provided. I needed an iron and ironing board. ; nether were in the room. We requested those items from the front desk; they said they would locate an iron and bring it to our room but they never did. We will not stay there again.

Close to bus transport and restaurants

Some reception staff not prepared to help guide visitors to information and assistance needed, one being quite rude.
